Mid-Week Devotion with Chris Chase
"A wise man is strong, and a man of knowledge increases power." (Proverbs 24:5) The thing that is most important on a daily basis, is my choice of attitude. This choice is more important than my past, the money I have in the bank, my successes or failures, my pain, what other people think of me or say about me, my circumstances, or my job. The attitude I choose can either cripple me or it can keep me going. . . it can fuel my fire or attack my hope. If my attitude is right, there is no barrier too high, no valley too deep, no dream too far out, nor any challenge too great for me. But the truth is, I think most of us spend more time focusing on & fretting about the things that we can't change instead of giving attention to the one thing that we can change -- our choice of attitude!
